Terms and Conditions for Foodelhi 10th Anniversary Small Business Nomination
- Introduction
Welcome to the Foodelhi 10th Anniversary Small Business Nomination (the “Nomination”). By submitting an entry to the Nomination, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. - Eligibility • This Nomination is open to small businesses and bootstrapped startups operating in the food and beverage space.
• Businesses must have been in operation for at least one year and have fewer than 50 employees.
• Entrants must be the business owner or have explicit permission from the business owner to enter the Nomination. - Nomination Period
The Nomination begins on 7th April and ends on 7th May. Entries submitted before or after the Nomination Period will not be considered. - How to Enter • Complete the nomination form available in our Instagram bio.
• Ensure all required information is provided and accurate.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Nomination. - Selection Process • A team will shortlist the brands to be featured.
• The decision is final and binding. - Prizes • Each of the 10 selected businesses will receive a 1-hour session on social media growth tips at a specified date (subject to availability)
• One business will be chosen for a collaboration reel on the Foodelhi Instagram page at the creative discretion of team foodelhi.
• Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. - Notification
The selected businesses will be notified via email within 365 days of the closing date. If a selected business cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. - Data Protection and Privacy
By entering the Nomination, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Nomination may be held and used only by Foodelhi or its agents and suppliers to administer the Nomination. - Intellectual Property
By entering this Nomination, you agree that any materials submitted with your entry, including but not limited to images, logos, and written text, can be used by Foodelhi for promotional purposes before, during, and after the Nomination, without further compensation. - Liability
Foodelhi is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Nomination or as a result of accepting any prize. - Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Foodelhi reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NCT of Delhi. - Contact Information
