When you have to wait for at least 30 minutes (or even more during the peak season) for a plate of omelette on the busy mall road of Mussoorie (Popular Hill Station in Uttarakhand, India) you can’t help but wonder what is so good about it. I’m talking about this tiny Omelette shop called the Lovely Omelette Centre. A jolly guy sometimes joined by his elder brother, making Omelettes for everyone with a smile and politely and honestly informing them of the waiting time.
The Omelette, well I personally don’t find anything extra-ordinary about it. Nevertheless, a trip to Mussoorie is never complete without a plate of piping hot Cheese Omelette by the India’s Best Omelette Shop.
