There is no dearth of hotels in Gurgaon. This makes the decision even more difficult for travelers who want to ensure nothing but the best for themselves and their families. In this regard, Ramada is a brand you can trust.
The Ramada Gurgaon Central ensure a great stay replete with all the required facilities like a fitness center, ample F&B options (1 Restaurant & 1 Bar & Lounge in-house), a swimming pool and even a spa & wellness center.
All of this is topped with a promise of highly welcoming staff that would go an extra mile to ensure your comfort & happiness.
As far as the quality of the rooms goes, they’ve recently undergone a massive renovation that has rendered the rooms to look neater and more luxurious than ever.
As I entered the 7-floors tall property, I was welcomed with a refreshing seasonal mocktail before being escorted to my luxurious room. The view from the room was decent enough and gave me a fair glimpse of Gurgaon’s skyline.
The in-room dining menu was loaded and how! It had everything from continental, Indian and even Oriental. I decided to satiate my hunger with a Penne Arrabiata & a portion of Schezwan prawns. Both the dishes were great on taste and the portion size was impressive.
As I spent the evening working out at the well-equipped fitness center, it was about time for dinner. I then ventured down to Cafe Rouge, their family restaurant cum all-day diner where the buffet spreads are set-up. I was absolutely impressed with the variety offered and also the quality of the dishes on display. After my early-dinner which I had to keep light, I ordered for another round of dishes from their in-room dining menu later. Craving a good meaty lamb dish, the polite and helpful attendant advised me to go for the exotic New Zealand Lamb chops, a welcomed suggestion. The extremely tender and juicy lamb was a perfect way to end my dinner at Ramada Gurgaon Central on Day 1 of my stay. Not to forget, the extremely well-made crispy hot fish & chips that we ordered with our drinks during the evening.
The next day was even more exciting as it was a Sunday and the hotel hosts two special events. The first one being the Breakfast & Yoga that the host free of cost for all the guests and the second being my favorite, the Sunday Brunch.
The Yoga session takes place by the pool-side on the hotel’s terrace with a well-trained yoga-trainer taking the charge for making you learn some fulfilling asanas that’d get you all charged up for the day.
Coming to the Sunday Brunch, it was an out & out carnival for the food lovers. A plethora of live counters ranging from Chaat to Jalebi to Dosas, extensive range of desserts (as good or maybe even better than the dinner buffet), a good number of breakfast options, a filling Indian main-course and what not!
All-in-all, my stay at Ramada Gurgaon Central was quite impressive for the quality of rooms, brilliant architecture, excellent food and of course, the hotel’s efforts to make you feel at home always!
