Saffron is a royal spice that speaks of our culture, heritage and a rich culinary background of our nation. Not only that, the exquisite spice has its set of positivities in the form of health benefits, a great flavour and of course, an eye-pleasing natural colour to the dishes. When we talk about Saffron, Baby Saffron is the name that instantly comes to my mind for it is the supplier of the world’s finest quality of the spice in the discussion.

When we got a chance to introduce our followers to a way to incorporate this royal spice by Baby Saffron, into their modern day continental cuisine, we were all charged up to create a Zafrani Pasta. Oh, wouldn’t it entice you to see a beautiful looking pasta that has a base of world’s most expensive spice? And when it adds that subtle touch of a rich flavour while not taking away the essence of a creamy sauce of a cheesy pasta, it would definitely make for an Instagram-worthy dish that is also absolutely delicious.
